  1. If you are a high-risk person, or are in contact with a high-risk person (such as a health worker, diabetes patient, obese person, frail person, in contact with an elderly/frail person) – rather abstain from dance classes until everyone is relatively “safe”.
  2. Be sure to bring your mask with (a light mask might be better considering the higher respiration rate caused by exercise).
  3. We have hand sanitizers at the studio entrance, as well as disinfectant soap in the bathrooms.
  4. We do not take everybody’s temperature, but if you need a check, we do have thermometers on-site.
  5. If at any stage of the class you start to feel unwell, we can immediately isolate you in a separate room from where you may call for help if required.
  6. We practice safe distancing in all group classes (a person or couple approximately 1.5m away from their “neighbours”).
  7. Coupled Students in couples’ classes normally come from the same home environment and they may choose to remove their masks if desired. It is best though to keep all masks on during a couples or solo group class.
  8. There will be no “exchange” of any dance partner in a couple’s group class.
  9. Single persons, not from the same household, when coupled in a group class, should keep their masks on when in close contact with their partner.
